On first visit the cookie banner is shown. Until you choose, Google Tag Manager runs with all consent signals denied (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage) and no marketing script or storage is loaded.
Choosing Accept sends a consent update and loads the Google Ads and LinkedIn scripts described in section 4.
Choosing Reject leaves the denied state in place. Only the strictly necessary items in section 4 remain.
Refusal is as easy as acceptance. Your choice is stored in framerCookiesConsentMode so you are not asked again on every page.
Consent defaults apply to all visitors regardless of location.
